great location not far from tourist activities, everything nice. very helpful and wonderful staff and host. vews of the cathedral there. location next to the the monuments.

The apartment we stayed in was great - spacious, well-equipped kitchen, and a quiet atmosphere. The lady who gave us the key was very helpful and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and tours. The location was perfect, close to all the action but not right in the middle of it. Additionally, the apartment had a functional elevator, which was a plus.

There were a few issues during our stay. the cleanliness of the apartment was not up to par, especially considering the high cleaning fee that was charged.

this apartment exceeded expectations - great location, excellent staff, well-equipped kitchen. Would stay again.

Limited cooking facilities.

This apartment has everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, and kitchenware, making it easy to prepare meals. I also loved that there is a stovetop, perfect for cooking my favorite dishes. Additionally, having a tea/coffee maker was a nice touch, allowing me to enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the mornings. it provided all the conveniences I desired.

The only thing I didn't particularly like was the dishwasher. But hey, that's just me.

The location of the unit was perfect, close to the Bullring and everything we wanted to see. Nice area, felt safe walking around and getting into the locked building. The host representative was super friendly and quick to respond on text and met us at the unit and showed us everything. The beds/linens/towels were comfortable, good quality, unit was very clean. Quiet, no noise from outside or other units. Had extra dishwasher and washing machine pods for our use. The apartment was well stocked with cleaning equipment, lots of kitchen utensils and there was also milk, tea, coffee, and pastries on arrival. The check-in was easy and despite arriving late in the evening, Valeria met us at the apartment quickly and showed us around. We were really pleased with how clean the whole apartment was too. Really comforting. The facilities are very handy, location is excellent as it is within walking distance to Cathedral, Bullfight arena, waterfront, etc. There plenty of restaurants and cafes around to unwind.

I recently stayed at a wonderful apartment in Seville for a week. The apartment was well-styled and had all the amenities I needed, including a functional kitchen and a/c in every room. The location was perfect, close to the cathedral, restaurants, and the hop on hop off bus stop. The lady who gave us the key was extremely helpful, providing great restaurant and tour recommendations. it was the best apartment of our week in Andalucia. I wish I had booked their apartments in Granada too.

We definitely got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and had a well-stocked kitchen. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with early check-in and useful information about the city.

The only thing that could have made our stay better was if the hotel breakfast had more variety.

The apartment's location was perfect, with a local supermarket just around the corner and all the important sights within walking distance. it was conveniently situated next to the monuments, allowing for easy exploration of the city. the apartment itself had a spacious room and a large kitchen, making it a comfortable stay.

Some aspects of the bathroom and electric appliances were lacking in instructions, and it would have been great to have a coffee-maker for filtered coffee.

The apartment at Genteel Home Velarde was amazing! It had everything I needed - a dishwasher, toaster, and kitchenware. The kitchen was well-equipped with a stovetop, and there was even a tea/coffee maker. I felt like I was at home!

Unbeatable location in the traditional neighborhood of Arenal. The surrounding restaurants and terraces offer a taste of the local cuisine and atmosphere.

Lingering cigarette smell

Our stay at Genteel Home Velarde was wonderful. The apartment was beautifully decorated and in a great location. We loved the little touches like the cakes, coffee, and tea provided. The beds, linens, and towels were comfortable and of good quality. The apartment had everything we needed for a long stay and the washing machine was a great convenience. We felt safe walking around the area and the building was secure. The host representative was friendly, responsive, and showed us everything we needed to know. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place for a visit.
